• Complete this BIRTHFAMILY SEARCH AGREEMENT

• Email the agreement along with the details of your DNA match to familysearch@325kamra.org

• We will create a secret search group for you on Facebook. This will be visible only to you and to the search angels in the group who will be assisting in your ancestry tree research.

• You will be asked to upload photos and details of your adoption narrative in your FB search group as well as your DNA account information.

• We will help you build an ancestry tree, and assist you in all phases of your search process.
