 검사 방법 

검사를 하기 전에 주의할 사항
 

검사하기 전, 적어도 30분 전에 음식물, 음료수 섭취, 양치, 흡연, 껌 씹는 것을 삼가하시기 바랍니다. 아침에 일어나자마자 검사하는 것이 가장 좋습니다.

DNA 검사 키트 안에 있는 내용물 :

- 긴 면봉 2개

- 면봉 넣을 통 2개

- 영문 초록색 동의서

- 한글로 된 동의서 서류

 

 

사용 설명서
 

  • 이물질이 묻지 않도록 조심해주세요. 되도록 깨끗한 표면을 유지해주세요.

  • 면봉 1개를 패키지에서 꺼내서 한쪽 볼 안쪽에 닿도록 넣어주세요.


30초에서 60초 간 양치질하는 것처럼 면봉으로 한쪽 볼 안쪽을 긁어주세요.
주의사항 : 절대로 면봉을 만지지 말아주세요. 면봉이 볼 안쪽에만 닿을 수 있도록 하세요. 특히 검사하실 때, 면봉이 볼 한쪽에만 닿도록 해주세요. 면봉 한 개로 오른쪽 볼 안쪽을, 또 다른 면봉 한 개는 왼쪽 볼 안쪽을 긁어주세요.
 

  • 키트에 포함된 조그마한 통을 여시고 면봉을 끝에 닿도록 넣어주세요. 면봉 끝에 있는 조그마한 스틱을 꾹 눌러주세요. 그러면 자연스럽게 면봉 끝에 있는 솜이 빠져나오게 됩니다.


내용물이 빠져나오지 않도록 뚜껑을 잘 닫아주세요. 피가 묻어있어도 괜찮습니다.

  • 한 쪽 볼에 검사를 진행한 것처럼 다른 쪽 볼에도 2번, 3번을 반복해주세요.
     

 

  • 이 과정을 다 마치셨다면, 키트 안에 있는 투명한 비닐봉지 안에 내용물이 담긴 2통을 넣어주세요

 

  • 한글로 된 동의서 서류와 영문 초록색 동의서를 작성해주세요. 번역된 버전을 원하신다면, 코팅된 종이를 보시면 됩니다.


주의사항 : 영문으로 작성된 흰색 종이가 있습니다. 그 종이는 손대지 말아주세요.
 

  • 작성한 영문 초록색 동의서는 2통을 담은 비닐봉지 안에 같이 넣어주세요.

 

  • 우편으로 모든 서류와 내용물을 함께 봉투에 넣어서 아래에 있는 주소로 보내주세요.

WHEN DNA RESULT IS READY

 

You will receive an email from FTDNA when your DNA kit has been processed.
Make sure to check your spam filter as well.
 

 

WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
 

There are options for uploading your data in order to search in other DNA databases as well.

Your data can be downloaded from FTDNA as a zip-fil and uploaded to MyHeritage and GEDmatch.  We recommend downloading the Build 37 Concatenated.

(Autosomal includes chromosomes 1 through 22

Your X chromosome raw data only covers the markers on the X chromosome.
The raw data concatenated includes the autosomal DNA for Chromosomes 1 through 22

As well as the X chromosome.)
